JALANDHAR (Aman Bagga): LG Electronics, India is leading consumer durable brand, today opened the first Direct Service Centre at Jalandhar in Punjab. With an assurance of offering speedy and quality services to the Punjab market, LG Electronics has unveiled its 2nd direct service Centre in Punjab.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Ashok Chugh , Service Head, India 1, said, “With consumers at the core of all our operations, we have always strived to offer the highest levels of convenience and comfort to them through our products and services. Punjab is a very important market for LG, and we are happy to open our second direct service centre in the region. LG is celebrating its 25th anniversary in India and over the years, our customers have appreciated the differentiated services provided by LG and we shall remain be invested in progressively elevating our overall consumer experience through various such initiatives.

The new 4,580 Sq. Ft service Centre located in Urban Estate Phase 2 in Jalandhar was inaugurated by Mr. Tae Jin Chang, HOD, Customer Service, LG Electronics. The facility will have over 30 skilled engineers who will support in further enhancing the service operation of this region. This will further strengthen the company’s presence in the region.

The new facility will also be used as a training hub for new service engineers, helping nurture the local workforce. This will not just enable the company to further increase its presence in the region but also help in the overall growth of the seven states by skilling individuals and creating employment among them.
